A mentor is someone who offers guidance to a new or less experienced member. They can help guide a member through the different speech projects from the manual and use their own experience to offer advice.
A new member can contact any member of the committee if they feel a mentor would help with their speech development. Suggestions can then be made for a suitable mentor.
